Facial Hair Transplant

The Procedure

Dr. Siporin removes a small strip of hair is from an inconspicuous donor area on the scalp. He then dissects the hair under magnification into grafts containing just one or two hairs. The hairs are then transplanted into minute receptor sites made by a surgical needle. By transplanting the hairs one at a time, Dr. Siporin can position them with excellent precision, aligning them so that they grow in the same direction and at the same angle as the surrounding hairs. The end result is completely natural looking.

Over the next few months, the new hairs will fall out (this is completely normal) and then regrow. As the transplanted hairs grow into their new position, they won’t fall out ever again.
