What can I expect the recovery to be like after my liposuction procedure?
Answer:
Once the procedure is completed, a compression garment or elastic bandages may cover the treated areas. These help control swelling and compress the skin to your new body contour. In addition, small temporary drains may be placed in existing incisions beneath the skin to remove the excess blood or fluids. You will feel tightness and most likely will be bruised in the areas where the procedure had taken place.
