Question:

I am interested in getting a breast lift to improve some sagging in my breast.  I am 35 and have had two children.  My breasts are small, about a small B cup, but droopy.  Does the cup size decrease as a result of a breast lift?  I really do not want my breasts to get any smaller.

Answer:

Your breasts will not get smaller, in fact they will appear to look bigger and it is quite possible that your cup size may actually increase with a lift.  This is not always the case and cannot be guaranteed but when you redistribute the breast parenchyma (the distinguishing or specific cells) and remove the skin, the new and rearranged breast tissue may actually give you more projection and therefore increase your cup size.  Your breasts should not become smaller.
