Question:
I have breasts that not only sag but are unequal in size. I hate to see myself in the mirror. Can I get three procedure at once, a breast lift, breast augmentation and have the breasts made the same size? If I did all three, would this be under general anesthesia?
Answer:
Yes, you may have all three of these procedures performed at one time. In actuality there are only two procedures because making the breasts more similar in size is part of the procedure in itself.
I cannot say that by undergoing these procedures that your breasts will be exactly the same size; however, a breast augmentation and lift can be done to lessen the discrepancy in sizes. This should be done under general anesthesia and there are many different alternatives to consider when doing a breast augmentation and a breast lift.
Different techniques exist and you need to have a thorough consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in order to get the appropriate information.
