Question:

I am a 24-year-old man and despite using protein drinks and weight lifting I cannot increase the size of my triceps.  Do you suggest fat grafting to bulk up this area?

Answer:

I have no personal experience using fat grafting to bulk up the triceps area and my initial thought is that it should not be done.  You would require a lot of fat to make a noticeable change and it would not look very natural as the triceps area is an area that contracts and looks different with various arm positions.  Fat grafts would not contract like normal muscle and for that reason I do not think it is the best alternative.

My suggestion would be to continue with your diligent workouts and diet.  I am confident that with continued workouts and diligence that you will see an improvement in the definition of your triceps muscles.
